How the web works
Response
A response is the server's reply to a request. An HTTP response includes a status code and headers, and may include a body. Read the status and returned data together to understand what the server actually reported.

In a real project
Your reading-list API returns a 200 response containing the saved books. A 404 response reports that the requested resource was not found. Both are responses, even though only one contains the result you wanted.
A common mistake
Showing success just because a response arrived. A server can reply with an error status, and the body may explain a result your interface needs to handle.
Put it into practice
