Essential authentication
Supabase authentication uses essential browser cookies to keep you signed in and refresh a secure session. The signed-in service cannot work without them, so they are not used for advertising and do not require an optional marketing choice.
Learning progress before sign-in
TinkIT uses local storage to remember anonymous lesson progress, XP and simulator results. When you sign in, that progress can be moved to your account. You can clear it using your browser controls.
Payments
Stripe may set its own security and checkout storage after you choose to continue to its hosted payment page. Stripe controls that payment environment.
Analytics
TinkIT records first-party page views, the page path, referring hostname, coarse device class and checkout starts. Analytics does not set a cookie, create an anonymous visitor identifier, store a fingerprint, retain query strings or save a raw IP address. A page view may be associated with your account when you are already signed in. Optional advertising storage remains off.
Browser controls
You can inspect, block or delete cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Blocking essential authentication storage means sign-in and protected course pages will not work.
