Building a project

Users

The people using your product to accomplish something. They may visit without an account, use different devices or rely on assistive technology. Design and evaluate the product around their tasks, not only around the developer's screen.

You might see: visitors, customers, product users

In a real project

A visitor reads workshop availability on a small phone and uses a keyboard to choose a session. Clear labels and useful error states help them finish the same task.

A common mistake

Assuming your own successful click proves everyone can use the product. Check representative tasks, narrow screens, keyboard access and feedback from actual people.
